YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Global Lead Buyer Warehouse Equipment you will contribute to procurement activities for categories within this scope such as Material Handling Equipment and Packaging.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Contribute to the preparation of specifications tenders financial and contractual negotiations result analysis supplier sourcing and selection as well as follow-up and contractual deployment with internal stakeholders
• Identify needs in collaboration with stakeholders across different countries
• Collect and consolidate data by region (current situation status and needs) in order to rationalize and optimize requirements
• Contribute to reporting and performance monitoring: improvement update and creation of indicators KPI analysis and spend analysis for the relevant purchasing categories

ABOUT YOU

• Masters degree in Procurement (logistics is a plus)
• Initial experience in procurement within an international environment is desirable
• Strong command of MS Office tools solid analytical skills and good knowledge of procurement processes
• Fluent in English; you are open-minded reliable determined empathetic and possess strong communication skills
