Job Summary
**Please note: This role will be a dedicated resource for one of our premiere clients. The candidate is required to be onsite 5 days a week at the clients Stamford Connecticut office**
What we offer
- Youll prepare daily reconciliations of positions and trades between client records and prime brokers ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Youll work closely with prime brokers to resolve trade breaks and maintain smooth operational processes.
- Youll manage monthly reconciliations of tri-party positions cash market values and accruals while also preparing performance estimates for COO clients.
- Youll review Administrator NAV packages each month update portfolio accounting systems when necessary and build and maintain fund accrual schedules.
- Youll process corporate actions such as dividends splits and mergers for client portfolios while serving as a point of escalation for complex issues.

- The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($175000-$200000).
Qualifications :
- You must have a bachelors degree in accounting finance economics or a related field along with at least 5 years of financial services experience specifically in middle office roles with alternative investment funds.
- You need strong expertise in financial instruments such as equities fixed income bank debt repos options swaps futures and FX spot/forward contracts plus advanced knowledge of margin processes and cash projections.
- You should demonstrate excellent attention to detail multitasking ability and strong communication skills for managing client relationships while being hardworking punctual and personable.
- You are expected to have a solid understanding of hedge funds and private equity strong accounting and analytical skills and advanced computer proficiency especially in Excel and portfolio accounting systems like Enfusion or Geneva.
- You will be required to work full-time in the office applying your dedication and technical expertise to support operational and client-facing responsibilities.
