Job Summary

New York NY or any other unanticipated worksites/locations throughout the U.S.

  1. Lead the Schedule Management function on specific client commissions making sure that the team delivers on all accountabilities..
  2. Interface with the client stakeholders and other consultants at all project stages.
  3. Identify opportunities to improve schedule management procedures templates and products.
  4. Ensure that key information and learning generated from each commission is inputted into internal databases and shared.
  5. Process improvement Identify and act upon ways to improve internal systems and processes.
  6. Lead proposals for new work or variations for existing projects.
  7. Attend relevant networking events and other promotional opportunities.
  8. Staff management Input into the formal management of staff and recruitment interviews.
  9. Financial management Utilize the tools provided keep track of the ongoing margin levels and monthly fee/resource forecasts for each commission
  10. Integrate multi-billion dollar schedules using Primavera P6 planning software.
  11. Lead and host interactive pull planning sessions utilizing the last planner system.
  12. Carry out in-depth construction schedule reviews using various types of analytical software including Acumen Fuse.
  13. Perform Montecarlo-style Quantitive Schedule Risk Assessments (QSRAs) using Acumen Risk Pertmaster or Primavera Risk Analysis software.
  14. Create and maintain project controls dashboards for large programs using PowerBI identifying relevant KPIs for successful project delivery and reporting to C Suite executives.
  15. Perform linear planning for complex space restricted projects using TILOS planning software.

 

RELATED OCCUPATION:

Sr. Consultant or any other job title performing the following job duties:

Interfacing with the client stakeholders and other consultants at all project stages.

Process improvement: identifying opportunities to improve programme management processes and templates.

Attending relevant networking events and other promotional opportunities.

Management and mentoring of junior staff members.

Leading and contributing to last planner workshops.

Reviewing and analysing programmes manually and with the support of analytical software.

Performing QSRA assessments of programmes and taking action to improve programmes on the basis of the findings of these assessments.

Creating and maintaining various project control dashboards reports for internal and customer use.

Undertaking linear planning activities such as time location charts.

SALARY RANGE: $175000.00 to $200000.00/year

JOB TIME: Full Time

 

 

 


Qualifications :

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Requires a Bachelors degree in Construction Management and 7 years of experience in job offered or 7 years of experience in the Related Occupation.
