About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic professional to design and deliver impactful training programs for grassroots women collectives and enterprise groups. The ideal candidate should have strong facilitation skills experience in community capacity building and the ability to create engaging learning experiences in Assamese Hindi and English.
This role requires a highly motivated individual who is committed to continuous learning community empowerment and long-term engagement with grassroots institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive training calendars for online and offline capacity-building programs.
Design training modules learning materials presentations and activity-based content in Assamese English and Hindi.
Conduct engaging training sessions on:
Leadership & Governance
Entrepreneurship Development
Sales & Business Growth
Soft Skills & Communication
Digital Literacy & Digital Marketing
Collective Enterprise Management
Use participatory and interactive training methodologies suitable for grassroots communities.
Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to evaluate learning outcomes and impact.
Prepare detailed training reports progress updates and documentation after each session.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to align training interventions with program objectives.
Organize refresher sessions and follow-up support for participants whenever required.
Stay updated on emerging training methodologies enterprise development practices and community engagement approaches.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Social Sciences Development Studies Rural Management or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) MIS systems and digital tools.
Strong spoken and written proficiency in Assamese is mandatory.
Fluency in Hindi and English is required.
Strong interpersonal facilitation organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams.
Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years of experience in:
Capacity Building
Community Training
Grassroots Program Implementation
Womens Collectives / SHGs / Producer Groups / Enterprise Development
Proven experience in designing and facilitating training workshops.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities.
Prior experience working with rural or semi-urban communities will be preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively within Assam and occasionally outside the state.
