We need a visionary leader to orchestrate Total Rewards across our diverse portfolio of European brands. The mission:
Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the organizations objectives ensuring we follow the global defined guidelines compliance and bringing in the best practices in the industry.
Bring in the best talent to match these roles (considering internal and external talent). Provide guidance to the team high levels of engagement to enable high performance but also care for our company and brands.
Align regional compensation teams & CHROs into the new strategy.
Develop define and communicate (take into systems where needed) the new TR process aligned with the new strategy in the region. Agility compliance comprehensive data insights and data accuracy will be key expectations on this new process.
Define develop and implement the product/system to drive this new process ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Ensure the new strategy adoption in all entities.
Manage regional benefits strategy and vendors to produce the best EVP for our employees at the best possible cost.
Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline rewards workflows from data modeling to scaling internal communications.
Qualifications :
You have a proven track record in Total Rewards specifically within high-growth tech or multi-brand environments. Youve seen what good looks like but youre hungry to build great.
You own it: You take full responsibility for the European rewards landscape. You dont just identify problems; you own the solution from ideation to delivery.
Youre a leader people want to work for. You build inclusive high-performing teams.
Youre a Workday Wizard: You have hands-on experience running pay review cycles in Workday or similar and know how to leverage tech to drive efficiency.
Youre a Rewards architect: You understand the math and the details behind job architecture salary ranges and pay equity.
You design systems that are fair transparent and free from bias ensuring every employee has the same opportunity to succeed.
