Role

We are looking for a Regional Director to join our Commercial Sales team. This is a hybrid role based in Madrid reporting to the RVP Sales. As the Regional Director for Commercial Sales you will be responsible for a team of Account Executives in Spain and Italy selling to accounts up to 5000 employees.

What youll do (Role Expectations)

  • Recruit hire and develop world-class sales talent while fostering a culture that embraces DE&I
  • Solve customer pain points through Zscalers unique value proposition
  • Accurately forecast business monthly quarterly and yearly while building development plans for each sales representative
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Product Management Demand Generation and other key functional roles
  • Act as executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans generate pipeline and drive opportunities to closure

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 2 years of experience leading successful sales teams in the software or security industry
  • Proven track record of over-achieving against sales targets
  • Experience working with partners such as VARs and distribution
  • Demonstrated experience hiring high-performing sales talent
  • Experience selling to Commercial accounts (up to 5000 employees) in Spain and Italy

  • Deep understanding of the bigger picture customer goals and how technology can facilitate business transformation
  • Proficiency in strategic sales planning with experience closing net new logos
