Junior Business Analyst Stage (HFN)

Within the Sales Analytics & Performance team attached to the Business Operations & Strategy Department this role is responsible for updating six dashboards shared to the different sales populations of Label & Artist Solutions ensuring data reliability and performing ad-hoc analyses in collaboration with the teams analysts. 

The successful candidate will be expected to proactively suggest improvements to enhance dashboard usage by internal teams.  

Missions : 

1/ Daily/Monthly Updates of sales performance dataset & dashboards: 

• Integration of tables shared by teams in our datamodel. 

• Integration of new data sources in our datamodel. 

• Data model updates. 

• Management of dashboard access 

2/ Improvement of the data ingestion process: 

• Improvement of the ingestion process and the data workflow 

• Documentation of the ingestion process 

3/ Improvement of existing Power BI dashboards: 

• Creation of new data visualizations according to needs 

• Improvement of the dashboards usage 

4/ Carrying out ad hoc analyses: 

• Use of performance data to produce analyses at the request of the Business Operations & Strategy team.

Qualifications :

• Rigor and analytical skills 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 

• SQL  

• Understanding Databases 

• Previous experience with a business intelligence/data visualization tool (Microsoft Power BI Tableau etc.) is a plus 

• Oral and written English 

• Native or fluent in French 

• Enrolled in a Masters degree (bac4/5)
