Senior Graphic Designer
This position is responsible for conceptualizing and designing online and offline creatives utilizing company brand guidelines. Ideal candidate has a passion for marketing and is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Adherence to deadlines and ability to produce accurate and thoughtfully designed collateral are key to succeeding in this role.
The successful candidate will also demonstrate proficiency in leveraging AI-powered creative tools and design technologies to enhance ideation and support scalable creative development while maintaining strong visual storytelling and brand integrity.
Responsibilities:
Designs multi-channel creative assets across digital and traditional mediums for use in print mail social email web and streaming channels while also supporting presentation design event and experiential design and motion graphics.
Interprets creative briefs and strategic direction with limited supervision.
Ensures design output meets brand standards technical specifications and business objectives.
Act as visual strategist for Cinch Home Services collateral and digital assets.
Working with brand turn brand strategy and messaging frameworks into compelling end-to-end visual concepts and design systems.
Create and document creative asset strategies and visual treatment guidelines to ensure design consistency across teams and external agencies; collaborate with the brand team to roll out standards across the organization and integrate them into the digital asset manager.
Demonstrate agility in producing timely creative and compliant visuals consistent with legal and brand guidelines.
Contributes to the refinement of design systems and templates.
Collaborates with copywriters project managers and marketing stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
Supports the Creative Lead in mentoring junior designers and reviewing work.
Evaluate and integrate emerging AI-driven creative technologies that improve marketing scalability personalization and design efficiency while maintaining brand consistency.
Use AI-assisted tools for concept exploration visual generation and design iteration while applying strong creative judgment and brand stewardship.
Apply best practices in layout accessibility and user experience across formats.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 6 years of professional graphic design experience with strong portfolio of cross-channel work.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects etc.).
Experience leveraging AI-powered design tools and generative AI platforms
Solid experience using MS PowerPoint to create effective presentations including pitch decks webinars etc.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS motion graphics and email best practices
Experience designing both offline and digital assets
Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
Motivation to maintain and improve design standards
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational and time management abilities
Keen attention to detail
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to do some copywriting/editing a plus
Experience in website development or landing page production a plus
Bachelors degree in design or a related field
