Job Title: Sr. IT Project Manager

Location: Lawrenceville GA
Position Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and support complex enterprise projects and programs. This role will create key project management deliverables (such as project statuses plans risks & issue logs and executive briefings) and work closely with teams and stakeholders to achieve priorities and goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment. This position reports directly to the IT PMO.
Skills Requirement:

• Strong working knowledge of PMBOK and Agile frameworks with the ability to plan and execute projects using eithermethodologyandtailor approaches as needed.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with the executive presence to deliver clear status updates and produce high-quality leadership-level documentation.
• Proven ability to resolve issues influence stakeholders negotiatedifficult situations andmaintainstrict timelines.
• Demonstratedabilitymanagingtechnology vendors across the full project lifecycle ensuring performance tracking deliverables resolving issues promptly and mitigating risks.
• Solid working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) while coordinating internal IT teams and external vendors for smooth technical delivery.
• Demonstratedleadership in delivering complex web-development projects.
• Experience with Waterfall Agile Scrum and Hybrid project methodologies.
• Proficient in MS Project JIRA and/or similar tools for project planning and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong grasp of business and technology operations priorities policies and resource needs.
• Ability to clarify ambiguous assignments and drive alignment.
• Demonstratehigh-quality customer service and empathy while managing within scope schedule and budget constraints.

Certification:

PMP PMI-ACP CSM or similar certification.

Experience:

• Bachelors degree in business information technology ora relatedfield.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in project management consulting or technical project management.
• Proven experience leading highly technical teams in the development and delivery of complex systems.
• Demonstratedexperience managing third-party vendors and driving performance to meet contract commitments.
• Experience working within a PMO preferred.
