The Role: Store Assistant Manager
This role is responsible for leading overall store operations while driving sales performance productivity and team engagement. The Store Assistant Manager plays a key role in ensuring targets are met daily operations run smoothly and the store environment remains positive energetic and performance-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily store operations to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Implement strategies to achieve sales and performance targets
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
- Manage motivate and lead team members by example
- Foster a positive accountable and energetic working environment
- Ensure operational processes and systems are consistently followed
