We are seeking a highly organised and dependable Temp Team Admin Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
This role is essential to the smooth day-to-day functioning of the team and is ideally suited to someone who enjoys structure coordination and being a trusted support across multiple workstreams.
Purpose of the role
The Temp Team Admin Assistant will provide hands-on administrative and coordination support to the team ensuring continuity efficiency and clear communication during the maternity cover period. You will work closely with team members and stakeholders supporting both routine and ad-hoc administrative needs.
Key responsibilities
- General administrative support to the team
- Diary management meeting scheduling and calendar coordination
- Preparing formatting and filing documents
- Managing emails correspondence and follow-ups
- Assisting with onboarding internal coordination and team logistics
- Capturing data assisting with reports and maintaining records
- Supporting processes and ensuring admin tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Providing ad-hoc support as required
Minimum requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative office support or team assistant role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask prioritise and meet deadlines
- Proactive reliable and adaptable
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel)
