We are looking for a Lithuanian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join a dynamic international team in this role you will be the first point of contact for customers ensuring a smooth and positive support experience.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls emails and chats in a professional manner

Provide clear accurate and timely support to customers

Identify issues and deliver effective solutions

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Meet performance targets (KPIs) and maintain quality standards

Work closely with internal teams when required
Requirements

Fluent Lithuanian(C1/C2)

Good English (B2)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
