Marketing Manager (Strategy Execution)
Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Manager who can both lead marketing strategy and execute day-to-day marketing activities. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on implementation across social media content marketing and performance analysis. The ideal candidate operates with a batteries-included mindsetsomeone who can independently identify opportunities propose strategies execute campaigns and measure outcomes without constant direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Analyze marketing performance using KPIs such as CAC conversion rates and customer lifetime value
- Manage and execute social media marketing especially LinkedIn
- Produce and distribute marketing content across platforms
- Engage with audiences through comments discussions and social selling
- Collaborate with the existing paid ads specialist to align messaging and campaigns
- Identify and test new marketing channels and platforms
- Develop blog LinkedIn and thoughtleadership content
- Develop podcast topic strategies and prepare outlines for episodes
- Present performance insights and recommendations to leadership
