Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our remote this role you will lead complex technical programs from planning through execution ensuring successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives across engineering product and operations teams.

The ideal candidate is experienced in managing large-scale technical projects coordinating distributed teams and translating strategic business objectives into structured program plans. This role requires strong leadership excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple technical initiatives in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the planning coordination and execution of multiple technical programs and projects simultaneously

* Collaborate with engineering product management data and operations teams to define program goals milestones and deliverables

* Develop and maintain program roadmaps timelines budgets and risk management plans

* Track project progress identify potential risks or bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies

* Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between stakeholders and technical teams

* Monitor program performance using KPIs and provide regular status updates to senior leadership

* Support technical decision-making by ensuring project requirements are clearly defined and documented

* Implement best practices in program management Agile methodologies and process optimization

* Ensure timely delivery of technical initiatives while maintaining quality and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems Business or a related field

* **5 years of experience** in Technical Program Management Project Management or Engineering Management

* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies

* Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams and complex technical initiatives

* Proficiency with project management tools such as **Jira Asana or similar platforms**

* Excellent analytical organizational and problem-solving skills

* Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration

* Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously in a distributed team environment

* **Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (valid U.S. work permit required)**

Preferred Qualifications

* Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science or Business Administration (MBA)

* Experience working in cloud-based environments (AWS Azure or Google Cloud)

* Familiarity with DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery frameworks

* PMP PgMP or Scrum certification

* Experience managing remote or globally distributed teams
