What Youll Do
The Deputy for the Enterprise Planning & Control (EP&C) organization supports the Sr. Director in leading a high-performance team that executes critical work for the Y-12 National Security this role you will be responsible for leading teams to address organizational risks/challenges strategic planning mentoring analyzing data from EP&C Directors and coordinating responses for ACB funding budgeting monitoring organizational performance and monthly production and project this high-profile role you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper flowing down of federal requirements coordinating data calls and supporting requests from Senior Leadership as needed. You are responsible to:
- Lead cross functional teams to resolve issues/challenges.
- Support the hiring career development training mentoring and proficiency of staff.
- Prepare organizational briefings for senior leadership.
- Develop strong business relationships to ensure successful integration between functional organizations.
- Provide continuous improvement support to the organization as well as the development and implementation of new production and project controls business tools. Understand and communicate status of EP&C organizational costs and ensure control within the approved program targets.
- Support the consolidation review and/or development of EP&C strategy and execution plan to meet the customers expectations such as Annual Control Baseline (ACB) planning and multi-year resource planning.

- Bachelors degree: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years management experience
