About the Role:
This isnt an incremental feature PM role. The focus is on identifying Next Big Opportunities and turning them into reality. Youll also play an important part in our AI Labs - a high-velocity central team acting as the special ops for product innovation.
If youve previously worked in Product Strategy or Chief of Staff - Product positions you will relate to this role.
Roels & Responsibilities:
- Launch AI Agents: Lead the charge in our AI Labs to build and deploy autonomous AI Agents directly on the MoEngage platform
- 0 to 1 Exploration: Identify and evaluate product opportunities. Youll build MVPs run lean experiments and pivot fast to validate (or kill) hypotheses
- Be our AI Builder: Act as the internal AI Architect- creating and maintaining the AI tools and custom agents that help our internal PM teams work 10x faster
- Strategic Intelligence: Unearth insights that the rest of the market misses. Youll analyze market trends competitor moves M&A landscapes and Voice of Customer data to shape our product strategy
- Horizontal Product initiatives: Own crucial products and initiatives that cross-cut across the entire platform
- Product Ops & Cross-functional Sync: Own Product Operations and lead high-stakes projects with Product Marketing the CEOs Office and Sales to ensure our strategy actually lands in the market
- 5 Years in PM: Youve been in the trenches at a tech company (bonus points for B2B SaaS) and know what it takes to ship
- AI Native: This is non-negotiable. You have shipped AI products and are a power user of AI Coding Agents Workflow Automation (Make/Zapier) and No-Code builders
- Data-Obsessed: You dont guess; you query. You can pull insights from messy data sources to tell a compelling story
- High Bias to Action: Youd rather ship a good version today than a perfect version in a month. You figure things out and get them done
- Master Communicator: You can work with Engg and Business teams with equal ease
- Extreme Ownership: You treat your products like its your own company. You dont wait for permission to fix something thats broken
