Job Summary:
The Head of Real Estate Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for building leading and scaling a high-performing sales organization. Youll oversee 3040 monthly property transactions driving revenue velocity and certainty of close. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution transforming deal flow into a predictable efficient and profitable retail sales engine.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruit coach and lead a high-performing team of Property Sales Specialists
Establish daily weekly and monthly meeting cadences to drive accountability and execution
Provide hands-on support throughout each property sale lifecycle
Optimize agent workloads and active file counts to maximize efficiency and close rates
Manage property inventory ensuring every asset has a defined next step
Oversee pricing strategy listing readiness buyer engagement negotiations and closings
Identify and resolve bottlenecks early to maintain velocity and protect margins
Build scalable systems standards and processes to support growth without sacrificing quality
Collaborate cross-functionally with Acquisitions Renovations Marketing Transaction Coordination and Finance to ensure seamless execution
Contribute to leadership planning forecasting and strategic growth initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience leading coaching and scaling high-performing sales teams
Real Estate license in the state of Pennsylvania
Hands-on operator with expertise in pipeline management metrics and deal execution
Strong negotiation and buyer demand generation skills
Track record of improving individual and team performance
Ability to design and refine compensation and incentive structures for profitability and velocity
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute day-to-day operations
Strong cross-functional leadership skills and team alignment experience
Familiarity with team-based sales models (e.g. Keller Williams Rainmaker or similar)
