Your Role - Main Purpose of the Job
As a Regional Sales Manager youll play a key role in driving the continued growth of NSS by identifying new opportunities developing existing client relationships and delivering solutions that meet our customers needs.
Youll manage a defined territory and customer base working closely with our operational teams to ensure we continue delivering the exceptional service our clients expect.
Your job will includes:
Winning new business opportunities across your regional territory
Managing and developing existing client relationships to maximise growth
Building strong multi-level relationships within customer organisations
Preparing and presenting proposals bids and tenders with support from the Sales team
Delivering the sales plan agreed with the Sales Director
Managing your pipeline activity and forecasts via CRM
Working closely with operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery
Representing and promoting the NSS brand across the industry
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in B2B sales and account management
Experience selling complex services or solutions
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
A proactive self-motivated approach to generating new business
The confidence to engage with multiple stakeholders within large organisations
A willingness to travel regularly across the UK
Experience within Facilities Management Property Services or Specialist Services would be beneficial but not essential.
