Description:
Full time administrative assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include supporting our billing team in various aspects of their jobs to include invoicing the recording of inbound work and support of our invoice distribution process. The right candidate will be cross trained in many aspects of the department. Additional responsibilities will be phone support and customer inquiry resolutions. Looking for a very energetic candidate that can bring their skill set to our team. Candidate must be capable of working in a busy and fast paced environment without difficulty. Candidate must be flexible with priority changes and be capable of fluidity between the many responsibilities to be taught. Candidate must have excellent time management skills. Expectation is 3-5 years of administrative customer service experience with high attention to detail and accuracy action orientated ability to work with stringent timelines and the ability to collaborate across departments
