Who are we looking for
Were looking for a Hydraulic Services Designer to join our Buildings Team in Newcastle or any other of GHDs Northern NSW offices.
This is a fantastic opportunity to and make an impact on local Buildings projects in our region and to work as part of our global team in a large and well-established international consultancy with your role offering great scope for career growth.
Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
Delivering major hydraulic services for buildings projects that shape our built environment including:
Fire services (hydrants hose reels and sprinklers)
Trade and sanitary waste
Gas supply
Potable and non-potable water
Stormwater drainage and water re-cycling
ESD (Hydraulic services)
- Providing clients with technical guidance and strategic advice while developing and maintaining strong and supportive client relationships
- Ongoing career development opportunities in a vibrant and collaborative workplace culture
What would you bring to the team
- A relevant diploma degree or trade qualification or applicable ongoing studies
- 5 or more years of experience within the hydraulic design industry for building services
- AutoCAD/Revit/BIM skills are desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.
- A passion for delivering high-quality solutions for our clients.
