What does the role involve
This5-monthmaximum-term role supports the Creativeteam during a busy delivery periodworking onour largest fundraisingcampaignProject Compassion.Mentored by theGraphic Design Lead youllhelp deliver a mix of print and digital assets including campaignmerchandise reports and social tile resizing and artwork revisions.Youllalso provideadditionaldesign support for the annual report and Christmas Appeal working closely with internal stakeholders to manage updates and feedback efficiently.
Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Assistin designing graphics for social media adsreportsand print assets
- Implement design revisions and updates based on feedback from the graphic design lead or stakeholders
- Prepare and format design files for print and digital use
- Organise andmaintaindesign files and asset libraries
This role is based in our Mascot office and follows a hybrid working model combining time in theofficeand working from home. Flexibility is available to accommodate your student commitments.
Who are we looking for
The successful candidate will have a deep commitment to Caritas Australias mission to end poverty and injustice by promoting human dignity for all as well as a dedication to the principles of Catholic Social Teaching that guide our global efforts. They will have a mix of the following qualificationsskillsand experience:
- A recent graphic design graduate or a current 2ndyear TAFE or Uni student
- Proficient in Adobe creative suite illustrator InDesignphotoshopand MS Office Applications
- Can do attitude openness to learning and collaborating
