Were looking for an HR Intern whos people-focused organised and excited about building strong teams not just pushing paperwork.

This is not a sit-and-observe internship.

Youll be involved in real HR operations inside a fast-moving digital agency and learn how people management actually works in a startup environment.

What Youll Be Doing

*Assisting in end-to-end recruitment (screening scheduling and amp; coordination)

*Posting job openings on platforms and managing applications

*Supporting onboarding and amp; documentation for new hires

*Maintaining employee records and amp; HR trackers

*Coordinating interviews and follow-ups

*Assisting with employee engagement activities and amp; team initiatives

*Helping manage attendance leaves and amp; basic HR operations

*Supporting HR policies processes and amp; internal communication

*Sharing ideas to improve hiring culture and amp; HR workflows (yes your ideas matter)

What Were Looking For

*Strong communication and amp; interpersonal skills

*Genuine interest in HR people operations or talent management

*Basic understanding of HR concepts and amp; recruitment processes

*Organized detail-oriented and reliable

*Professional mindset with a people-first approach

*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Internship Details

Type: Full-Time Internship - 4 Month

Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Days: Monday to Friday

Location: Mansarovar Jaipur (Onsite Not WFH)
