About the role Mō te tūranga mahi

ACC is growing and were looking for compassionate organised people to join our Level 1 Integrated Recovery team.

In this role youll work onetoone with clients who have experienced injury and have have been out of work for a long time. Your focus will be on understanding what matters to them reducing barriers and coordinating the right supports to help them move toward positive rehabilitation outcomes.

You wont do this alone youll collaborate closely with health providers employers whānau and community networks playing a key role in helping people rebuild confidence capability and independence.

What youll be doing Āu mahi matua

  • Build strong respectful relationships with clients whānau providers and employers
  • Communicate with clients via phone email and occasional inperson meetings
  • Develop manage and review personalised rehabilitation plans
  • Coordinate services and supports that enable meaningful progress
  • Support clients through challenges with empathy clarity and consistency

About you Mōu

You dont need to come from a case management background to succeed here.

You might be an experienced administrator come from a customer service or publicfacing role or have experience supporting people through complex situations. What matters most is your ability to connect with people stay organised and remain calm and resilient when things get tough.

  • Clear empathetic communication skills
  • A curious mindset and willingness to learn legislation and technical information
  • Strong organisation and timemanagement skills
  • Personal resilience and emotional intelligence
  • A clean NZ drivers licence (for occasional travel)
  • Experience in case management or the public sector is helpful but not essential

  • Starting salary of $70000 9% superannuation
