Role:Compliance executive
Reports to: Director
Location:Karkardooma East Delhi
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive - Compliance to manage and ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements related to labour laws Shop & Establishment Act and Trade Licenses. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance records coordinating with authorities and ensuring timely filings and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with Labour Laws including PF ESIC Minimum Wages Bonus Gratuity etc.

Manage registrations renewals and filings under the Shop & Establishment Act.
-
Handle application renewal and maintenance of Trade Licenses.
-
Maintain and update all statutory registers and records.
-
Liaise with government authorities consultants and internal stakeholders for compliance-related matters.
-
Monitor changes in applicable laws and ensure timely implementation.

Assist in internal and external compliance audits.
-
Ensure timely submission of returns and documentation as per regulatory requirements.

Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports for compliance tracking.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
-
Attention to detail and documentation skills
-
Good communication and coordination abilities
-
Ability to manage multiple compliance timelines
-
Proficiency in MS Excel and compliance tracking tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile:

2-4 years of hands-on experience in Labour Compliance Shop & Establishment and Trade License management

Experience working with consultants and government authorities
-
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
