Whats the role
As a Senior Manager youll provide handson governance and oversight of mortgage origination controls across all channels including bankers brokers referrers and lenders.
Sitting within the Chief Operating Office Bank of Conduct Hub this role focuses on establishing monitoring and testing controls leading onboarding and ongoing due diligence and managing issues endtoend from identification through remediation consequence management and ongoing monitoring. Youll also prepare governance packs and coordinate forums to support clear riskbased decisionmaking.
This is a deliveryfocused role with no direct reports where impact is driven through strong judgement disciplined execution and effective stakeholder engagement
This is apermanent fulltime Sydney or Melbourne basedrole with flexible working arrangements(2 days in office).
