Position : QA Manager (15 Years)
Location : Austin TX (5 days Onsite)
Client : Government Projects

Years Required/Preferred Experience
7 Required Oversee user acceptance performance accessibility interface security and data conversion testing
7Required Manage perform monitor and report on test activities on modern technology platforms
7Required Review update and create test strategy suites and cases
7Required Document and report test results data conversion and integration issues/concerns and problem incident reports (PIRs)/defects statuss (PIRs)/defect status
7Required Provide training and mentoring of testing team members
7Required Coordinate scheduling of testing staff test activities and meetings
7Required Experience with test tools such as Jira Test Savvy JUnit Selenium Microfocus UFT SQL etc.
7Required Experience and understanding of the full software life cycle with specific emphasis on the testing discipline. Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
7Required Excellent leadership communication organization planning and problem-solving skills
4Required Experience with Performance monitoring tools such as JProfiler JMeter etc.
4Preferred Experience with Salesforce
4Preferred Experience working directly with a Texas state agency as an employee or contractor in a QA Test Manager role
4Preferred Experience as a team leader or project manager
