About the Role
As the Team Leader you will be responsible for the daytoday leadership and performance of a team of Outbound Sales Consultants. Your focus will be on building a highperforming sales culture coaching capability and ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.
What youll do
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Lead coach and motivate a team of Outbound Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Conduct regular oneonone coaching feedback and performance reviews
- Identify skill gaps and provide targeted coaching and development
- Foster a positive highenergy and resultsdriven team culture
Performance Management
- Drive sales performance against KPIs including conversion quality and productivity
- Monitor daily weekly and monthly results and take action to address performance gaps
- Support the team during highvolume periods to maintain momentum and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with sales quality and regulatory requirements
Operational Leadership
- Manage rostering leave planning and daily resourcing to ensure adequate phone coverage
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Work closely with internal support teams to ensure smooth daytoday operations
What youll bring
- Proven experience leading a sales or contact centre team
- Strong outbound sales background with a focus on performance and results
- Demonstrated ability to coach motivate and develop salespeople
- Confident managing KPIs and driving accountability
