• Lead team members and apprenticesin mowing and edging operations (4000D Zero Turn Push Mowers Atom Edgers)
• Workhands-onalongside your team
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard
• Operate andsupport themaintenanceoftools machinery andequipment
• Report progress issues and requirements toyour manager
• Pest and disease identification and treatment
• Foster a culture of safety

Whatyoullbring:

You will be an enthusiastic andreliablegardening professionalwith highattention to enjoy beinghands-onwith your team and passing on your knowledge and experience to others.

• Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens or solid industryexperience
• Proven ability toeffectively prioritise work and develop junior team members
• Sound practical experience with a variety of tools and equipment such as zero turn 4000D Atom edgers whipper snippers blowersetc
• Reliable punctual and able to motivate a team
• Current drivers licence
• WWVP
• Police Check
• White Card
