Responsible for the end-to-end management of facilities maintenance requests ensuring works are allocated efficiently KPIs are achieved and service delivery remains exceptional. The Role

Your leadership will empower a team of Service Coordinators to deliver consistently high standards while fostering a culture of accountability growth and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coach and develop a team of Service Coordinators.
- Oversee end-to-end work order management from allocation and scheduling through to completion and follow-up.
- Drive contractual and operational KPI performance ensuring jobs are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage client trade and subcontractor relationships with professionalism and care.
- Support onboarding of new accounts and provide training for team members.
- Analyse data identify improvement opportunities and contribute to monthly reporting.
- Uphold Work Health & Safety compliance and promote a safe working culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in Facilities Management or a related service-based industry.
- Proven experience in team leadership coaching and performance management.
- Strong organisational problem-solving and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Confident using MS Office and service management systems (TSM or similar).
