The Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator supports the schools marketing and communication efforts by managing social media platforms creating digital content assisting with event promotion website management and coordinating email communications to prospective students families and alumni. This role helps highlight student achievements and strengthen the schools brand Responsibilities: Manage and post content across the schools social media platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn X TikTok)Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages when appropriate Capture photos and videos at school events and activities Write press releases related to schoolwide events and recognitions Promote and assist with planning school events Manage and update website content as needed Serve as point of contact and collaborate with media partnersDirectly support Admissions and AdvancementSkills: Proficiency in Canva WordPress GiveCampus and Blackbaud preferred Photography and visual content creation Content design for digital platforms and marketing materials Strong ability to collaborate with members of the school communityQualifications: Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing or related field Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in communications marketing or a related fieldExperience managing social media platforms Strong writing and editing skills Basic photography and video skills Ability to work at occasional evening or weekend events
