Job Description
Youll join a remote-first digital agency as a mid-level to senior Sales Executive focused on generating new business through outbound prospecting. This is a hunter-style role with a clear path into a hands-on Sales Leadership position as the function grows.
Youll play a key role in shaping how sales is done building processes contributing to SOPs and over time helping to grow and manage a small team.
The role is fully remote based in Cape Town South Africa with quarterly in-person meetups with the team. Youll work UK-aligned hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business through outbound prospecting (cold calls email LinkedIn)
- Generate leads and book qualified meetings with UK-based B2B clients
- Manage pipeline in a transactional sales environment
- Contribute to sales process development and SOP creation
- Collaborate with leadership to scale the sales function
- Progress into a player-coach / sales leadership role over time
Requirements
- Based in Cape Town South Africa
- Proven experience in outbound sales or business development
- Comfortable working UK-aligned hours (with some flexibility)
- Self-sufficient and proactive with a strong hunter mentality
- Able to commit full-time (40 hours/week) with full dedication no side projects
Nice to Have
- Experience in SEO Digital PR or agency sales
- Familiarity with UK B2B markets
- Experience with multi-channel outreach (calls email LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with sales tools or CRM systems (training provided)
- Interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency

- Clear and professional English communication (UK-facing role)
- Someone who can build structure and processes from scratch
