About the Role
As our Corporate Partnerships Lead youll grow and steward Ruahs corporate partnership portfolio to diversify revenue and increase impact. Reporting to the Manager Philanthropy Partnerships and Advocacy youll build a strong pipeline coordinate workplace giving and volunteering initiatives and deliver partnership activations and events to a high standard.
- Prospect qualify and convert corporate partners sponsors and donors
- Manage existing relationships and deliver engagement plans and reporting
- Coordinate workplace giving in-kind support pro-bono and volunteering
- Maintain partner materials (proposals presentations) and CRM records
What were looking for
- Proven experience in corporate partnerships sponsorship or fundraising
- Track record developing partnerships that generate funding and impact
- Strong written and verbal communication; confident stakeholder engagement
- Strong organisation skills; able to manage multiple priorities with autonomy
- Experience using a CRM (HubSpot or similar) to manage pipelines and reporting
- Tertiary qualification in Business Philanthropy PR (or equivalent experience)
