How does your working day look like
- Manage room availability and maximize occupancy through yield management and e-commerce strategies across direct and indirect channels driving RevPAR and Direct Digital goals.
- Monitor reservations and revenue systems to ensure accurate availability rates and inventory across all channels; resolve rate leakages using Fornova system.
- Develop and execute action plans to achieve daily monthly and yearly KPIs; complete rooms forecasting for groups and transient demand.
- Analyze market trends competitor pricing and demand patterns in collaboration with Cluster Director of Revenue Management; adjust rates accordingly.
- Ensure rate plans are correctly indexed and distributed to all channels; maintain records of market segments pace numbers and forecasts.
- Utilize revenue management tools to forecast demand and identify optimization opportunities; provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Evaluate group rates for high-demand exhibitions and prepare weekly RevMax meetings.
- Optimize website content across all languages monitor competitor websites and search engine rankings and liaise with marketing and web agency for enhancements.
- Develop and implement eMarketing initiatives for key feeder markets; establish joint e-commerce partnerships and manage annual advertising plans for electronic channels.
- Manage Sponsored Ads and Expedia Travel Ads to achieve fair ROI; drive Digital Direct goals set by regional and corporate offices.
- Analyze website user behavior site performance and booking reports; provide monthly KPI reports to management and regional/corporate offices.
Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business Marketing Finance or related field
35 years of experience in hotel revenue management reservations or e-commerce
Strong knowledge of PMS RMS CRS channel managers OTAs and digital distribution channels
Solid analytical and forecasting skills with understanding of pricing yield strategies and website performance
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; detail-oriented with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
