How youll contribute
A RN New Gradwho excels in this role:
- Performs plan of care interventions including medication administration specimen collection clinical treatments and other medical care activities.
- Documents patient care provided.
- Monitors records and communicates patient condition to the care team physician patient and family.
- Assists patients with activities of daily living including personal hygiene elimination nutrition and ambulation.
- Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care including transfers discharges referrals and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.
- Evaluates patient and family learning needs and provides appropriate education based on age culture condition and circumstances.
- Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
- Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
- Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts or units as needed.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

What were looking for
- Education: Associates degree in Nursing required; Bachelors preferred.
- Expected to have passed the NCLEX within 6 months after being hired
- Licenses/Certifications: Obtain Current RN license in state of practice; BCLS required; ACLS PALS and Handle with Care preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Frequent standing walking lifting/moving patients and repetitive hand/arm movements. Regular exposure to biological and chemical hazards including blood and bodily fluids hazardous medications and latex.
