Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN)

Due to limited transportation options reliable personal transportation is a must the nearest airport is approximately 5 6 hours away from the facility. Were looking for dedicated and dependable RNs who are ready to work and can commit to the full duration of the contract.

Location: Bishop CA
Start Date: ASAP
Length: 4 Weeks / 36 - 40 Hrs.
Available Shifts: 1X AM 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay Rate:
Local: $53/hr With Housing Provided by the Facility

*Must have reliable transportation since the airport (Sacramento/Sonoma) is 5 - 6 hours away from the facility

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals feeding patients as necessary ambulating turning and positioning patients; and providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.
• Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs and weight testing urine and recording intake and output information.
• Provides patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting patients; answering patients call lights and requests; and reporting observations of the patient to the nursing supervisor.
• Documents actions by completing forms reports logs and records.
• Maintains work operations by following the policies and procedures of the facility
• Protects the organizations value by keeping patient information confidential.
• Enhances nursing department and facility reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Checks residents/patients frequently to assure that their personal care needs are being met.
• Treats all residents visitors and staff with courtesy
• Maintaining professionalism at all times
