Other resource and service personnel while functioning in the assigned GOAL:By use of leadership supervisory and administrative skills to manage assigned school so as to promote the educational development of each RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervises the schools educational program. Assumes responsibility for the implementation and observance of all Board policies and regulations by the schools staff and to the Superintendent development revisions and evaluation of the all professional paraprofessional administrative and nonprofessional personnel attached to the the Superintendent in the screening hiring training assigning and evaluating of the schools professional responsibility for the safety and administration of the school authority to responsible personnel to assume responsibility for the school in the absence of the school time to provide for the efficient conduct of school instruction and and supervises fire drills and an emergency preparedness development and administration of schools After School and Summer high standards of student conduct and enforces discipline as necessary according to due process to the rights of leadership in times of civil disobedience in school in accordance with established Board and evaluates the schools extracurricular in the in-service orientation and training of teachers with special responsibility for staff administrative procedures and the preparation of all school reports for the Superintendents recommendations concerning the schools administration and responsibility for the attendance conduct and health of the Superintendent in the management and preparation of the school the maintenance of accurate records on the progress and attendance of as liaison between the school and the community interpreting activities and policies of the school and encouraging community participation in school arrangements for special conferences between parents and to the Superintendent the removal of a teacher whose work is unsatisfactory according to established meetings of the staff as necessary for the proper functioning of the the Superintendent informed of activities in the building by whatever means the Superintendent deems a monthly written report on a date designated by the Superintendent to the Superintendent of School Board meetings if requested by the Superintendent or the School OF EMPLOYMENT: 220 daysSALARY RANGE: Commensurate with experience and education level aligned with North Country market rates and comparable districts; 87%-90% employer sponsored health EVALUATION:Performance of this job will be evaluated periodically during the year in accordance with provisions of the Boards policy on evaluation of administrative personnel.
