Job Summary

Job Description: DevOps Engineer at Compass Realty Inc

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with software developers system operators and other IT staff members to manage code releases.
- Automate processes to increase efficiencies and improve the overall development pipeline.
- Monitor the systems performance and implement necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement tools and technologies to streamline the deployment process.
- Work on cloud infrastructure management and scaling systems as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Experience with software development system operations and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins Docker Kubernetes etc.
- Proficiency in languages like Python Shell or Bash.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a DevOps role.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Salary & Benefits:
