Must have real hands-on LLM RAG experience
Role Summary: Looking for a Senior Gen AI Engineer with strong experience in AI/ML and Large Language Models (LLMs) to build and improve AI-powered voice/IVR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and support AI solutions for IVR / conversational systems
- Develop LLM-based workflows (prompt engineering RAG evaluation)
- Create knowledge retrieval pipelines (FAQs troubleshooting customer queries)
- Integrate AI models into production systems
- Monitor and improve model performance (accuracy latency response quality)
- Work with teams on AI-driven voice experience improvements
Required Skills
- 10 years overall experience with 3 years in AI/ML
- Strong Python
- Hands-on with:
- Prompt Engineering
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- LLM Evaluation
- Experience building real-world / enterprise applications
Tools / Tech
- Python: NumPy Pandas Scikit-learn
- LLM Frameworks: LangChain LlamaIndex Hugging Face
- Vector DBs: FAISS Pinecone Chroma Qdrant
- NLP (optional): spaCy NLTK
- Evaluation: TruLens DeepEval
