Job Summary

SharePoint Engineer leading a full intranet revamp from inception to implementation and migrating unstructured data into SharePoint Online

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead full intranet revamp from inception to implementation
Work closely with Product Owner based in Charlotte
Execute content migrations from legacy systems and file shares to SharePoint Online
Use tools like ShareGate SPMT or PowerShell for migration
Assess source environments map metadata and permissions and build migration strategies
Design and implement modern branding including custom themes site templates SPFx web parts hub sites and navigation
Configure and maintain SharePoint Online environment including Power Automate workflows and M365 integrations (Teams OneDrive Purview)

Required Skills:

SharePoint Online (not on-prem)
End-to-end SharePoint administration experience
Automation using PowerShell
Experience with ShareGate SPMT or PowerShell
Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and PnP PowerShell
Experience with migration tools
Familiarity with M365 security and compliance (Purview DLP sensitivity labels)
5 years in SharePoint engineering with solid migration experience
C# Core
SPFx development experience (JavaScript/TypeScript React)
