Job Summary

Job Title: Senior IoT Engineer

Location: Houston TX (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months Contract

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior IoT Engineer with strong experience in industrial automation and IT-OT integration within manufacturing environments.

Key Skills:

PLC HMI SCADA OPC UA
Industrial protocols: Modbus DNP3 IEC/104
IoT protocols: MQTT CoAP AMQP
Networking: DNS DHCP Firewalls Routers Gateways
IT-OT integration tools: Kepware Ignition
MES integration and real-time data collection
Troubleshooting RCA and incident management

Responsibilities:

Integrate industrial devices with MES for real-time monitoring
Troubleshoot PLC/SCADA/HMI systems
Manage device lifecycle firmware and connectivity
Monitor system performance and resolve issues
Coordinate with OEM/vendors for support
Maintain documentation and perform regular maintenance

Experience:

8 10 years in IoT / OT / Industrial Automation

Nice to Have:

Manufacturing domain experience
Exposure to digital transformation / global environments
