Description: The Account Manager handles the placement and management of commercial insurance policies for clients. This role includes reviewing insurance requirements finding appropriate coverage options and coordinating policy setup changes and renewals.
This is a team-based position with no commission or personal client book. The Account Manager works closely with internal partners to ensure accurate documentation compliance with regulations and consistent service for all clients.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Risk Management or related field preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Proficiency in MS Office Google Workspace and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Willingness to complete background check and sign non-disclosure and non-compete agreements
No prior insurance experience required; training provided
Willingness to obtain a Kansas Property & Casualty license encouraged
Ability to maintain consistent daily attendance in an office setting
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
