Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management efficient material handling and seamless coordination between departments to support our field operations and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving & Accuracy: Receive incoming materials verify accuracy against purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.
Material Handling: Stage pull and prepare materials for jobs in a timely and accurate manner.
Inventory Management: Maintain up-to-date inventory records process stock transfers and perform weekly inventory checks.
Shipping & Delivery: Coordinate outbound shipments and deliver parts/materials to job sites as needed.
Organization & Layout: Develop and maintain an efficient warehouse layout that supports productivity and safety.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with purchasing operations and field teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
Data Logging & Reporting: Enter material transactions inventory updates and warehouse activity into company systems.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes reduce errors and optimize warehouse operations.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure the warehouse is organized clean and compliant with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in warehouse management logistics or related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts pallet jacks etc.) certification a plus.
Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying conditions.

Required Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus). Prior experience in overhead door installation construction carpentry welding or a related trade is preferred but we will train the right candidate. Strong mechanical skills and ability to read blueprints diagrams and technical manuals. Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physical labor in varying environments (indoor outdoor heights confined spaces). Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently or in a team. Work Environment: Full-time year-round work with overtime as needed. Job sites include residential homes warehouses manufacturing facilities and commercial buildings. Exposure to loud noise dust varying temperatures and working at heights.
