Responsibilities Tasks
Oversee daily operations of the Indian OPC (Operation Centre India) of the Gantrex Group (/-
15 Headcount)
Responsible for the control and permanent optimization of the full P&L scope
Ensure the creation and implementation of a local strategy designed in line with the Group
objectives as well as with the Global strategic plan
Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the KPIs and dashboards needed to drive the
company
Master and promote a Total Quality Management approach based on strong People - Process -
System - Organization foundations
Provide direct management of key functional managers (HR Production Purchasing Quality
etc.)
Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the units offerings to both internal and external
customers
Oversee key hiring and talent development programs in collaboration with the local HR Manager
Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment infrastructure and talent
Communicate strategy and results to the units employees
Report key results to corporate officers on a regular basis
Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning
Build company image by collaborating with all key stakeholders (customers authorities
employees unions etc.) enforcing ethical business practices in line with the Gantrex Corporate
policies.
Depending on the companys priorities the job holder may be assigned other tasks within his skills and competences and for
which he will be trained by a third party if needed.

Technical Exhaustive knowledge and proven experience in business process and functions (finance HR
procurement operations etc.)
Strong Operations Management background
Experience in planning and budgeting

Languages Excellent knowledge of English (both written & spoken)
Knowledge of Hindi is a must (spoken).
Any other local language is an asset
IT Good command of the MS Office suite (Word Excel Access) as well as one or more ERP (MS
Dynamics SAP etc.)

Occasional travel within India & abroad (10-20%)
Profile
Education BE/BTech Mechanical/ Production /Industrial Engineering or equivalent by experience
Professional certifications in any of Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)/ Lean Manufacturing/ Project
Management Professional (PMP) and Supply Chain Professional/ Production & Inventory
Management is required.
MBA is not mandatory but is preferred for strategic oversight.
Experience Minimum 12-14 years of experience in a similar position in an international and industrial
environment.
