Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in providing IT support in a professional setting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems networking and cybersecurity.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support roles.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
- Certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus.
- Experience working with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
