Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via chat and email
Provide accurate product information pricing and availability to customers
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering service excellence
Essential Qualifications:
Excellent written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in using chat and email platforms
Desired Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
Familiarity with the plastics industry or related field is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
