Virtual Customer Support Representative Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service through virtual channels such as phone calls emails and online chat
- Assisting clients with inquiries concerns and technical issues related to real estate services
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote environment
- Knowledge of basic computer programs and customer support software
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
