The Role

Were looking for a passionate and curious IT Manager of Infrastructure to join our team. What Youll Do

• Manage and maintain virtualized environments ensuring optimal performance and resource allocation.

• Oversee network architecture implement security measures and manage firewall configurations to protect company data.

• Administer and optimize storage solutions ensuring data integrity and availability.

• Manage cloud infrastructure including deployment monitoring and maintenance of cloud-based applications and services.

• Ensure all IT operations comply with industry regulations and standards including data privacy and security requirements. Experience with FDA CFR 21 Part 11 is essential.

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

• Plan execute and oversee IT projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.

• Manage relationships with external vendors negotiate contracts and oversee service delivery.

• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or similor work experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management preferably in a biotech or regulated environment.

• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware Hyper-V).

• Expertise in network and firewall security including experience with Aruba Cisco Foritnet Palo Alto or similar technologies.

• Proficiency in storage solutions (e.g. SAN NAS) and cloud services (e.g. AWS Azure).

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g. GDPR FDA CFR 21 Part 11).

• Excellent leadership communication and project management skills.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $145000 to $167000; Base salary offered may vary depending on individuals skills experience and competitive market value.
