Overview:
Lead and deliver constructionprojects on time within budget and to spec. Coordinate clients design teamssubcontractors and on-site activities with a strong focus on safety andquality.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan schedule and manageprojects from preconstruction through closeout.
-Develop budgets timelines risklogs and procurement plans; track progress and report to stakeholders.
-Manage subcontractorscontracts change orders and delivery of materials/equipment.
-Ensure compliance with plansspecs codes permits and safety standards.
-Resolve design/constructionissues with architects/engineers/clients.
-Conduct site visitsinspections and quality checks; lead safety programs.
-Close out projects withwarranties O&M manuals and client handover.
-Mentor team members and pursueprocess improvements.
Qualifications:
-Bachelors in CM CivilEngineering or related field -
-510 years in construction PM;PMP/CCM a plus.
-Strong leadershipcommunication and problem-solving skills.
-Proficient in PM software ( MS Project); basic BIM/blueprints literacy.
-Budgeting scheduling costcontrol and reporting experience.
-Knowledge of safety/regulatorystandards (e.g. OSHA).
