Job Summary
As a Senior HR Project Manager here at Honeywell (internally titled ) you will play a critical role in driving and overseeing HR initiatives and this leadership position you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex HR projects programs and initiatives that support the overall HR strategy and business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution on-time delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.
You will report directly to our title and youll work out of our City State location on a Hybrid On-site Remote work schedule.
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders you will provide strategic guidance and insights on HR project management helping to shape the future of the organization and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage project plans timelines and budgets
- Monitor project progress identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings workshops and presentations
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to key stakeholders and senior leadership
- Conduct postproject evaluations to assess project outcomes and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR project management or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex HR projects and initiatives.
- Strong project management skills including planning organizing and prioritizing.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
- Experience with HR systems and tools.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
