The ISC Project Specialist is part of the ISC Transitions Team focused on delivering production and/or manufacturing assets transfer projects between the sites worldwide. (typical ISC Transitions scope). The role coordinates the measurement and reporting of: Transitions projects performance and Standard Transitions Process (STP) adherence. It also drives further standardization and continuous improvement of the project management tools. The role supports at portfolio level the projects phase-gate exit preparation through sanity checks. As well the ISC Project Specialist coordinates all phases of assigned low-complexity transition projects involving cross-functional and multi-sites project teams.

What youll do:

Responsible for the portfolio performance and process adherence reporting: measurement and reporting of ISC Transitions projects performance and adherence to the Standard Transitions Process (STP). It also supports the phase-gate exit preparation (at portfolio level) by performing completeness and sanity checks of required documentation and evidence.

Process improvement and standardization: the role also drives Transitions process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives leveraging the latest technology enhancements to simplify execution and strengthen compliance.

Transition projects coordination: The ISC Project Specialist also coordinates all phases of assigned low-complexity transition projects following STP (Standard Transitions Process) and achieving on-time on-scope on-cost targets.

What we are looking for:

Bachelors degree - Engineering / Economics

13 years of experience coordinating and/or supporting projects in supply chain operations or manufacturing (or similar environments).

Fluent in English.
Basic understanding of project management tools (e.g. project plans action log).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams SharePoint)
Outstanding communication skills at all business levels including executive level.
Excellent interpersonal skills; team player with the ability to build strong networks and influence effectively across the business.
Strong attention to detail with a consistent and structured reporting approach.
Ability to consistently meet deadlines prioritize work and align tasks across multiple stakeholders.
